Data collected
The shop collects only what is necessary: the e-mail address provided when ordering, the details and amount of the order, and delivery events (e-mail sent, downloads performed). The website records neither surname nor first name; any identity information collected at the time of payment is collected by Stripe, in its own system, and remains accessible to the Seller from its dashboard. No bank card data is collected or stored by AHL Records. If you join the waiting list, only your e-mail address and the categories of works you are interested in are kept.
Purposes of processing
Data is processed in order to handle orders, send download links, provide customer support, comply with accounting and tax obligations, prevent fraud and — for people on the waiting list only — announce upcoming releases.
Legal basis
Processing orders and their delivery is necessary for the performance of the contract entered into with the Buyer. Keeping accounting records answers a legal obligation. Fraud prevention and technical monitoring of the service rest on the Seller's legitimate interest. Joining the waiting list rests on your consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
Recipients
Data is passed only to the providers necessary to run the service, in particular: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (order and delivery e-mails), OVH (hosting of the website and files) and Sentry (technical error monitoring). No data is sold or transferred to third parties for advertising purposes.
Retention periods
Orders and download links: for as long as needed to perform the contract and provide the related support. Accounting and invoicing records: ten years, as legally required. Waiting-list address: until you unsubscribe, which is possible at any time.
Cookies and local storage
The website uses no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. As at the publication date of this policy, only items strictly necessary for the technical operation of the service are stored — in particular the language you have chosen. Your cart is kept in your browser's local storage and is only sent to the server at the time of payment.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Requests may be sent to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
